A silk-screening workshop was taught at New Urban Arts, where students contributed an illustration of the first letter of their first name. This idea was borrowed from a lesson-plan created by Mary Banas and Jen Magathan. The drawings were collected and burned into a silk-screen. The t-shirts were printed and given to New Urban Arts staff and students as end-of-the-year gifts.
